1/2 Mile

The calendar is empty.

Everything started with Cedric and Marc. Both played in bands that split years ago.
Cedric played in band called "Blind Addiction" which was very active in the last ten years on the Swiss romande and French scenes, in festivals such as the Rock aux Arenes d’Avenches, and not to forget an Album which was sold in most of Swiss Romande records shops.
Marc played in a band called "Homicide" as a Bass player in the early 80’s and beginning of the 90’s.
After the split, he decided to learn to play the guitar as a hobby in his living room.
In 1999 he left Switzerland to live in London where he spent 5 years.
During this time, he started to write songs and record them onto his 8 track recording system.

Back in Switzerland, Marc contacted Cedric, a songwriter as well, and they decided to form

"1/2 Mile"

Basically at the start, it was only an acoustic project.
But after a while, they decided to find some other members to form a proper Rock Band.
Not having a regular drummer, they thought about the ex-drummer of ‘Homicide’ and songwriter of his own project "cosy", Patrick, to give his own personal touch to "1/2 Mile".

The "1/2 Mile" sound is a sort of post-grunge, pop-rock sound.
