My name is Alisha Brown and I'm 17 years old. I was born on the 28th of February 1989.

I'm very enthusiastic about music. I live and breathe music. I believe that God has given me the passion to sing and perform to the world and without him; I wouldn't have the same level of determination as I do now.

I've been singing from quite a young age, but I didn't really have a passion to become a professional singer, until I was about twelve, when I started to dream about performing on stage and after a prophet confirmed my destiny by saying, ‘God has call you as a singer, songwriter and composer’.

I would say my voice started to develop, from me going to church and singing in the choir and listening to a lot of Praise & worship music,

(as we didn't really listen to secular music in my house).

After the age of eleven my voice started to develop gradually. At the age of fourteen I went on a course called Dynamic singing, (in the summer, apart of Brent Summer University) where I meet a lot of people who could really sing and from there I learnt a lot of techniques and ways to improve my voice.

The following year I got a few vocal lessons, and started to use my voice better.

I then attended an intermediate vocal course every Sunday at WAC from September 2005- April 2006(Performing arts College, in Belsize Park). I've had Piano and keyboard lessons in the past, (Not for a long period of time) but I do have the ability to compose and produce my own music.

My dream is to be a Godly inspiration through the songs I sing and the way I present myself and for people to be saved, healed (physical, mentally), broken hearts to be mended, and most of all for people to acknowledge Jesus Christ. My songs don’t just relate to Christians, but they each speak to different people going through different situations, mainly women. My songs come from the lord, as he created music and in his word people will find the answer to every problem. My vision and uttermost goal is to appeal to the mainstream industry and not just the Gospel industry, meaning I'm believing God for my music to get great promotion and to be marketed well, (My gift will make room for me in life and bring me before great men and women, proverbs 18v16).

I write all my material and I'm also open (if God's will), to write some love songs, in a Godly way, as I have seen a lot of things which I don't believe is right, when it comes to relationships.

I've also been involved in helping out in my church like, running the youth choir and being a youth assistant.

I'm currently working on a project with Heva Brown, were called, '32B'.
