About Aliwishus
I have a multi-faceted background with 25+ years music experience
(live, recorded, and writing). Computer skills are practiced daily as
far as recording and editing in Pro-Tools and building instrumentation
in Reason. Instruments I play include guitar, bass guitar, piano, all
percussion, and voice (singing and rapping). When recording, most often
I will record every instrument personally. Currently seeking to utilize
musical skills in engineering, producing and song writing.
At age 12 I started taking piano lessons and by age 15 I started guitar
with the instruction of my father whom had played professionally for 13
years. He had shown me the Nashville Number System and guitar theory
which helped greatly with writing. By age 16 I had joined with a few
schoolmates to start a garage band which later went out to perform in
local clubs. It was from that group that I was discovered by a local
popular working group that hired me to play with them 3 to 4 nights a
week and eventually for a 3 month tour through Germany and Poland (at
this point I was 20 yrs. old). I was hired by Jigsaw Post Productions
to compose music for commercials. I was also commisioned by a local
music artist to write, produce and record his three song demo CD.
