Born out of the wild and never-ending adventures of a misguided generation of poets, dancers, musicians, and street corner prophets, Doran is a pianist, composer, singer and songwriter whose art explores the streets of inspiration and alleyways of imagination. Born in Los Angeles, California he learned the blues from a friend at the ripe age of 15, and learning to be free on the piano was his key into the world of music. But the blues are only the beginning of what this talented singer and songwriter explores in his original songs.

With a deep and timeless passion for what he does so well, this young man's talent is raw and pure. Unfortunately, his incredibly musical songs have been widely undiscovered. Doran weaves the influence of jazz, folk, rock, and soul into a hybrid music that is as cool as a fresh mountain breeze and as hot as a Bayou swamp in July. Keep your eyes on this lad, he is sure to become an artist to be reckoned with.

But the feeling of peom and piano is an amaizing feeling, exciting and very original.
