About Christopher Brennan Saves The World
As a drive-thru attendant at Stars Drive-In, 17-year-old Christopher Brennan (Evan Lee Dahl) has big ambitions about saving the world. Not only does he take food orders, he gives personal advice to his customers in a gig he calls "Chris's Drive-Thru Counseling." Chris's stellar reputation for great advice is why his clients are happy; in fact, some customers come back multiple times in the same night. Now, one particular night at this nostalgia-themed restaurant proves to be challenging as Chris decides to confront the beautiful Julie Parker (Jamie Amaral) - a high school senior who makes regular visits to the drive-thru for advice. Everything seems great for Chris until his "Drive-Thru Counseling" completely backfires, and the college heartthrob Tom Hartwell (Drew Seeley) collects all the benefits. Chris ventures through a night of disappointment, having often hilarious encounters with his customers, and ultimately discovering a new belief in life's possibilities.

Fresh Face Pictures’ “Christopher Brennan Saves World” has screened at over a dozen major film festivals across the country, including Palm Springs, Rhode Island, Newport Beach, Beverly Hills, Chicago Children's, Los Angeles Shorts, New Filmmakers, MediaBridge, Breckenridge, San Diego and Milwaukee. The film garnered the top honor of BEST SHORT FILM at the San Fernando Valley International Film Festival, won the SPIRIT OF INDEPENDENTS award at the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival, and took home the GOLD REMI award at Worldfest Houston. Lead actor Evan Lee Dahl has received numerous accolades for his portrayal of 17-year-old Christopher Brennan, including BEST ACTOR IN A SHORT FILM at the 2006 Young Actor Awards and at the Method Film Festival.
